3 sets of T shirts (no tank tops/ shirts with prints)
3 sets of shorts (no FBT, shorts cannot be too short)
1 set of track pants
1 sweater (optional)
3 pairs of socks
Undergarments – sufficient for 3 days
Poncho/ raincoat/ umbrella (compulsory)
Slippers/ sandals (for use in the shower only)
Sleeping bag
Pillow (optional)
Towel
Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc)
Notebook and pen
1.5L water bottle
Cap/ hat (optional)
Insect repellent
Clothes hanger/ clothes peg
Personal medication
Torch (to be fitted with batteries)
Plastic bags – for storing soiled clothing
Small bag
Rags/ unwanted cloth
Blindfold/ cloth that can act as blindfold (compulsory)
